Who is your family, how did you meet your friends, what’s on your bucket list? If you’re looking for someone who will show up on your wedding day, photograph things as they unfold, and wish you the best after delivering your gallery, then I am not the photographer for you. I want to reminisce with your grandparents, cry with your parents, and dance with your siblings. I want to be rooting for your growing family and keeping my fingers crossed for that next big promotion at work. I want all the house renovation updates and new puppy selfies. Sign and Deliver
For weddings/couples, I’d advise booking about 12-18 months ahead and for general lifestyle sessions I recommend reaching out 6 months in advance to ensure you get on the calendar for your preferred season. I do limit my weekend bookings for my wedding clients so all other lifestyle sessions will be booked on a weeknight (Monday-Thursday).
What does your availability look like?
Absolutely! Once you decide this is a good fit, I am all yours for all things photo-planning! I will guide you through what to wear, where to shoot your session, what time of day will give us that “good” light, and anything else you need along the way!
Will you help us plan our session?
My editing style is simple, enhancing your look, not changing who you are. All images will be hand selected and fine tuned to resemble a classic look with muted color tones and a warm, rich feel. While I may brush out the occasional blemish, fine tune the exposure, or correct any color unbalances, I will not “photoshop” completely different scenes, alter body types, or any other dramatic changes to your images.
What kind of editing/retouching do you do?
For engagement and lifestyle sessions, you can expect a 3-4 week turnaround time for your full gallery. Full wedding galleries typically require 8-10 weeks.
What is your turnaround time?
For my wedding clients, I require a 30% nonrefundable deposit and a signed contract to officially reserve your wedding date (you must have your date and venue locked down before we can sign a contract together). For lifestyle sessions, I will collect a $75 nonrefundable deposit and a signed contract.
How do we book you?
The final photos will be delivered in a high resolution, digital format via an online gallery. From this gallery you receive unlimited downloads while the gallery is active, and the printing rights to all delivered images. I also offer a print shop with high quality products such as prints, frames, albums, etc. While I don’t require that you print directly through me, I do highly recommend investing in a professional printing lab that uses premium ink and archival papers to protect the longevity of your prints. Generic photo companies may have convenient and immediate services, however, printing without the appropriate products will result in yellowing, fading, and disintegrating paper - Invest in your prints the first time as they should last for generations.
How will we receive our photos?
I don’t have a minimum/maximum because every wedding day and session differs in how YOU want it to play out, but rest assured, as many good images we get, I will deliver! As a rough estimate, typically 600-800 images for a full wedding day, 50-75 images for an engagement session and lifestyle sessions, and 200 images for full branding sessions.
How many photos do we get?
YES! New England will always be home but I am certainly no stranger to venturing off for a little change of scenery. With roots down south from another season of my life, I travel up and down the east coast frequently and am also available worldwide! (Pssst, bringing a photographer to you is more common and easier than you’d think!)
